The tree farm mini sessions are perfect for updating your family portraits or getting portraits for the holidays! The images captured will be timeless and classic so they can be displayed in your house year round. I will have simple props, like blankets, benches and small baskets for the kids...etc. 

Session Cost $180 - $80 is due at booking, remainder is due the day of your session. Which can be paid via Venmo @RachelCleereErvin or Check/Cash.

If more than 10 images are captured during your session time, you will have the option to add on more digital files at a discounted price in your gallery. 

You can pre-purchase the full gallery of digitals up until your session for an additional cost of $65. That means you get every edited image in your gallery. If you decide to just need the 10 edited images included, you will still have additional images to choose from in your gallery. If you decide to add on extra digital files on your gallery the additional fee will be $95 for the full gallery or $20 for individual images. This will be the pricing for all mini sessions (minus the smaller sessions like pumpkin/santa mini’s). *Most mini sessions have 25-40 images in their gallery.

The Tree Farm is located in Yukon, OK. Exact directions for the day of will be emailed out the week of your session with a confirmation email. 

Images will be edited in a natural way to enhance your portraits. We will capture a variety of posed and candid shots. Digital Images will be delivered to client through a private gallery sent to the clients email via downloadable link. The digital photos will be high resolution jpg format with rights to make prints and use for social media. 

All retainer / deposit fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date in the event of an emergency or change of schedule, based upon availability.  

All galleries will be delivered by December 3rd. If you need a faster turn around there is the option to add on expedited session editing fee, where I will edit outside of work hours to get your session moved up on the list. 

A print release will be given to you in your gallery to print and share your images, along with recommendations on where to print your images.

*Should we have to reschedule due to weather, the reschedule date will be November 22nd for the same time you booked originally.
