The November 12th Fall mini sessions will take place a natural area in Shawnee with heavy pretty greenery and a small pond. It will be later Fall so sunsets will be earlier, but you may get more of the true Fall colors and leaves on the ground + trees. I will have simple props like blankets, small baskets/bench for the kids...etc.

Session Cost $160 - $60 is due at booking, remainder is due the day of your session. Which can be paid via Venmo @RachelCleereErvin or Check/Cash.

15 Minute Session for any immediate family - (If booking for grandparents to join in, please book two sessions.)

10 Digital Files with the print release

You can pre-purchase the full gallery of digital images for an additional $65 until your session. This includes every edited image in your gallery. If you prefer the 10 edited images included in your package, you can still choose additional images. Extra digital files are $95 for the full gallery or $20 per individual image. This pricing applies to all mini sessions, except smaller ones like the pumpkin mini. *Most mini sessions include 25-45 final edited images in their gallery.

Exact directions for the day of will be emailed out the week of your session with a confirmation email. 

Images will be edited in a natural way to enhance your portraits. We will capture a variety of posed and candid shots. Digital Images will be delivered to client through a private gallery sent to the clients email via downloadable link. The digital photos will be high resolution jpg format with rights to make prints and use for social media. 

All retainer / deposit fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date in the event of an emergency or change of schedule, based upon availability.  

Turn around time will be up to 3 weeks. If you need a faster turn around there is the option to add on expedited session editing fee, where I will edit outside of work hours to get your session moved up on the list. 

A print release will be given to you in your gallery to print and share your images, along with recommendations on where to print your images.
